1. Overview

Our services are custom-tailored to your business needs and often involve ongoing work, such as ad campaigns, strategy development, and performance monitoring. As a result, most services are non-refundable once initiated. Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to the terms below. All requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@alchemyadspeed.com.

2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: Fees for services already performed or in progress are non-refundable. This includes any work on ad setups, SEO audits, content creation, or campaign management once we have begun delivery. Digital deliverables, such as reports, strategies, or ad creatives, are considered provided upon completion and are non-refundable.

  • Prepaid Services: If you prepay for a package, retainer, or project (e.g., monthly marketing retainer), refunds for unused portions may be available only if cancellation occurs before services commence and within the timeframe specified in your Service Agreement. Refunds will be prorated and minus any administrative fees (e.g., 10-20% processing fee).

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances, such as:

    • Services not delivered due to our error (e.g., failure to meet agreed milestones without cause).
    • Within 7 days of initial payment for consultation services only, if no work has started.
    • As required by applicable law (e.g., consumer protection regulations).

    Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method. We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with results, as marketing outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control (e.g., market conditions, client cooperation).

  • No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee specific outcomes like increased traffic, sales, or rankings. No refunds will be issued based on unmet performance expectations.

  • Disputed Charges: For payment disputes, please contact us first to resolve. If unresolved, you may pursue chargebacks through your payment provider, but this may result in termination of services.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Period: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the end of the current billing period or project milestone, unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement. Shorter notice may incur fees for committed resources.

  • Ongoing Services (e.g., Retainers): For monthly or ongoing services, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. You will be responsible for all fees up to the cancellation date. Early termination may require payment of a cancellation fee equivalent to one month’s fees.

  • Project-Based Services: For fixed-term projects, cancellation before completion may result in payment for work completed to date, plus a 25% fee on the remaining balance to cover setup and planning costs.

  • Automatic Renewals: Services on auto-renewal (e.g., retainers) will continue unless canceled in writing before the renewal date. You are responsible for monitoring and canceling subscriptions.

  • Effects of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, access to accounts, tools, and ongoing campaigns will be revoked. We will provide a final report or handover of materials, if applicable, upon full payment of outstanding fees.

4. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Force Majeure: Cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, legal restrictions) will not incur fees, but services may be paused or adjusted.
  • Client Breach: If you breach our Terms & Conditions (e.g., non-payment, misuse), we may cancel services immediately without refund.
  • Legal Requirements: Refunds or cancellations may be adjusted to comply with laws in your jurisdiction.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
